Piaya

A popular pasalubong from the Negros Island, this delicacy is made from unleavened flour with filling made from mascobado sugar, and sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Best eaten if reheated in an oven toaster to bring back its crispiness. Goes best with coffee too!

You may want to give smaller pieces of these, try our own Mini Piaya!
