Barquillos

Well known pasalubong from Bacolod and the rest of Western Visayas, Barquillos are thin wafers lightly sprinkled with sesame seeds, rolled into a tubular shape, enhancing its crunchiness.Others like to eat it with cold deserts like ice cream and shakes. They're a perfect match.

Barquillos comes in different length (Long and Short)and thickness (e.g. Double Short). Thus, a double layer short barquillos is about 3-4 inches, but crunchier due to its thicker-layered wafers. You may want to try other flavors!
